I love the Iron Grenadiers. They are my favorite faction among all of "The Enemy". I do find the standard IG uniform to be a bit too ceremonial (mainly the sword) for the battlefield though. So, using some spare parts I created a battlefield uniform for the IGs. This would be the uniform they wear for long-term missions when they are on the ground for an extended period of time. Also, I see Destro as an honorable guy so he would feel it unnecessary for his troops to hide their faces behind masks because he believes what he's doing is for the good of the people. That's why I gave this figure an unmasked head for the alternate look. I really like how this came together and I wish I had the parts to make a nice squad of them.

His eyes need fixed badly, but overall thats pretty cool. I wouldnt mind a few of those flanking my Destros.

Yeah I'm not sold on the Ace head for this guy. It's one I had sitting on the "bench" when I was putting this together. I may change it up to something else like a Flash head maybe.

Glad you like him. It's a simple one really but I think it works well.

I too am a fan of the IG's I have made or collected more IG's than Joes or Ninjas. I like this take, I agree the eyes need some tweeking or a different head. Over all I'm sold on great job.
