Post subject: | Renegades Team 2 Diablo and Hunter |
So my Team 2 of Renegades started out with Blitz, here's the next one on the Team 2 Hunter. The initial idea was for him to become Leo with a back ground in Carnivals sort of like Taurus but as I continued to work on him he became Hunter in stead. Julian St. James, Code name Hunter was a former Canadian Mounties turned bounty hunter/ tracker. Julian liked to do things his way and didn’t care too much for uniformity and that didn’t work for the Mounties. After serving for just 6 months with the Mounties and a year the Canadian National Guard, Julian had had enough of uniforms orders and discipline. He left Canada for the U.S. and landed in Florida where he hooked up with some bounty hunters. It was there he met Duke and a group of soldiers that were unidentifiable to him. After a few minutes of conversation about how Julian got to the states, Duke recognized his potential and recruited him for the Joe team. Hunter has a unique ability to track down information people or anything else he is looking for, hence the code name Hunter. Hunter’s total lack of respect for uniformity, authority and rules, along with his tenacious ability to hunt made him a prime candidate for the Renegades. Attachment: Attachment: Attachment:

Post subject: | Grenegades Team 2 Diablo |
This is the last member of team 2 of Renegades I've been working on, while I like the over all figure I'm not real happy with the web gear it's kind of bulky but the back of it is perfect for extra weapons, so I don't know what I'll do to it if anything. Back Story: Louis Montoya was born in Mexico and grew up in Miami, Fl. As a kid Louis would get into a lot of fights in school and in the neighborhood. He eventually joined a local gang and was given the name El Diablo, because it was said that when he fought he fought like the Devil. (Dirty) Diablo during a fight with a rival gang crossed paths with none other than Zartan who had been looking for some new talent to add to the Dreadnoks. Diablo liked what Zartan had to offer and joined the “Noks” and sealed the deal with a tattoo on his right shoulder. Diablo had finally mad it to the big time, no more, petty crime or turf wars. However after loosing several encounters with a Joe team known only as the Hunters (a group of Joe Bounty Hunters in my Joe verse watch for them) and having to retreat each time Diablo became unhappy with the Dreadnoks and wanted out. “I’m tired of being a looser I’d be better off with G.I. Joe”. That didn’t go well with Zartan at all, he immediately ordered Diablo terminated. Fortunately the Hunters found him before Zartan, Diablo asked to join the Joes and after some intense screening was sent to Sgt. Slaughter to become a part of the Renegades. Diablo never forgot the execution order from Zartan and is looking for some payback when the time comes. Attachment: Attachment: Attachment:

Clever concept and very interesting character designs. In the future, please remember to combine multiple customs posted in the same day within a single thread. Thanks. |

Actually the Tattoos were already on the arms, the one on Hunter is the arm from BnB Egde and the one on Diablo is from 25th Ripper. |

Okay, the BNB I wouldn't have known, but I should have recognized the other one. Still very solid figures. |

Great figures! They blend in perfectly with the others without overshadowing them. With characters as over-the-top as the Renegades, I imagine it would be very easily to go too far with them and make them silly. |

Thanks I've been toying with the idea of doing a female member or maybe a female version of the Renegades team. |
