Finished the Freedom Fighter by adding the stars and doing a little paint touch up on the hood and am now satisfied with this custom. Thanks Dennis for the suggestion but this is the direction I was looking for, but am going to use the piece you showed for a future custom!
The hat was inspired by Oneforceleader's post and the head is only awaiting the chin hair, but I think you can guess the custom!
Also I broke done about 100 of my old customs for parts and here is a mod to one of my more recent customs: Alt head for Highway.
