I reworked my Grifter custom after I noticed it had some paint problems. Instead of repainting, I scraped the whole thing minus the head. I got some Robocop guns for an original Grifter pistol look. The "gun shots" are hot glue.

I saw a Shockwave custom on the homepage the other day. Now I can't find it but the custom used the Resolute Firefly. Same thing here, just added some other touches. I hated the long pants on the Comic pack version, because I hate if pants are bloused that low.

Desert Firefly is something I've wanted for a long time. No Hasbro Desert Firefly so I made one. Almost a LBC.

My first arm swaps on 25th style. I love the faces on the WWE figures. Again, nothing too difficult or special, but I like the results. I was originally going for an "Unleashed" style figure.

LOCK and LOAD! BRINGING the PAIN!!!

Sorry, just hear Joe Swason when I saw those Viper. I love how they turned out, they remind me a of a Cobra version of the Renegades. Hell, make them Cobra's Renegades. Put Stone Cold or someone like that in charge of them.

Those wrestling vipers look great, and really match the idea of a cobra troop better then guys in matching uniforms standing in parade do.

Shockwave is cool, but then I am fine with Hasbros.

However, I love desert firefly.

I <3 that Shockwave. I do think Grifter's hair could stand to be thinned out a bit, though.

I'm having some issues with Grifter's head....I think it's where the hair looks to be coming over the mask above his right eye...I think making those few strands of hair come from underneath the mask would help clean up the head...other wise it's a great looking figure and I love the little blast effects on the guns.

Shockwave is solid...I've avoided getting the Resolute Comic Pack SW because he used those Snow Job feet that made so little sense in a non arctic figure...really well done.

I LOVE desert Firefly...it's just such a simple idea...but it works perfectly and makes soo much sense...looks like he'd match up quite well with the Desert 7 pack.

The Cobras are a great use of those B&B heads....they really give a bit of character to Joe figures who are usually a rather passive looking bunch of toys.

everything looks great. Nice idea on the vipers, and desert FF is sweet. Only small helpful hint I can give is to say you might want to touch up Grifter's left sleeve, where it looks like there is some flesh on what should be rolled up sleeve. I'd presonally use black sharpie (fine point) rather than risk a paint mess. But it's a small critique either way.

Thanks guys.

I see what you mean on the sleeve there, Bindy.

Billy,

As for the hair, I was going for a more comic inspired look with the hair, where there are big groups and then lines in the group. It translates a little better I think with the human eye instead of my wife's super camera.

Firefly made me grin because that is just very nicely done custom. Simple but effective. You matched the camo or repainted the thing. Either way it looks perfect.

As a huge Shockwave fan, I love what you've done with the custom. Fire-fly really works as well. Nice job.

the idea of FF is good as is the custom. I used the toys r us FF vs greenshirts for my shockwave works better than the cp one for the legs for sure. Good work

Really cool batch of customs here. I think Firefly and the viper squad are my faves. Seeing them makes me wish the WWE guys were still on sale at Wal Mart. There's lots of cool possibilities with them.

I'm lovin that Shockwave! Kudos to them for them to try experimenting with different parts but firefly really works for sure.

Your Vipers are mad.

Don't know who Grifter is?

Those are all nice. Desert Firefly is superb, though.

What is the building? It looks interesting...
