Nothing too fancy here other than adapting the 5 Pack Cobra Commander hands to the Storm Shadow arms.

Head is, of course the 25th Mindbender, and legs are ROC Cobra Commander.

I really like how he came out for such a simple custom, not quite sure what to do about the exposed notch on his back where Storm Shadow's swords attach, but as a shelf-filler Mindbender, I'm quite happy with him. :)

That's really cool, Dan! I love the pulling on the gloves look.

That works. I like the overall look of it. If Hasbro had to reuse parts to make this version I hope it would look this cool.

Yeah, for real.

This is a "parts re-hash" Hasbro could do and I'd be all about it, especially considering how terrible the Cobra Island Dr. Mindbender came out.

Great job, DanOfTheDead! Definitely a must-steal recipe for anyone wanting to make a mad scientist-- I especially dig the gloves. Cool fusion of future and retro.

Very nice eye for parts. I like that pose too. It makes me remember my flight physicals. :shifty:

Excellent parts choices. Has a very VvV Mindbender feel to me. Been wanting to make a Rorschach custom for a while for a buddy and couldn't decide on a coat to use. This might just work.

Since I'm content with the VvV Mindbender, this one already gets half my vote. I like it. It's straightforward and clean. Very cool!

He's definitely VvV inspired, I'd been agonizing over a lab coat Mindbender for a long, long time and I bought that one with hope it would fill that roll but I could never get over the odd proportions of the "new sculpt" era stuff.

I'm considering adding buttons along the edge of the coat, to give more of a button-upped lab coat look, but I was pleasantly surprised with how good the Storm Shadow coat worked without any mods.

I'm also eying that old VvV head, and considering hollowing it out as a swappable head, but I want to retain some recognizable aspect of his original figure, and the single monocle head has always been his signature face to me.

Now, if only Hasbro would give us an ACTUAL ROC Mindbender with Kevin J. O'connor headsculpt (he's been my favorite part of Stephen Sommers movies since Deep Rising)...

Thanks for the feedback guys!

I've seen a similar combo on Hisstank. Looks great.

It looks great. And better than the released Lab-coated Mindbender.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I did have to shorten and add posts to the Storm Shadow arms to plug into the CC gloves, and ending up gluing things much tighter than I intended... but he can at least do that snapping on the gloves pose. :)
