Imperial 6-1B Series Medical Droids are far superior to the older 2-1B models found across the galaxy. These state of the art droids are proficient with all fields of medicine and can perform even the most complicated micro-surgeries with ease to ensure that the Empire's soldiers will always be in fighting shape.

I made 3 of them for this project:

Parts:
Heads- G.I.Joe DTC B.A.T. MKV (modded w/ 2-1B neck peg)
Bodies- POTF2 2-1B

I do not usually seal any of my customs with glosscote (with the exception of spot applications on parts that should be shinier) as I feel that a high gloss at this small scale tends to make the figures look "fake", but as I was painting these figures something just told me to make them all shiny and new :)

During their rescue mission of Princess Leia Organa from the first Deathstar, Luke Skywalker and the Corellian smuggler Han Solo disguised themselves as Imperial Stormtroopers to move about the space station undetected.

Han Solo + Luke Skywalker (Stormtrooper Disguise):

Parts:
Heads- VOTC Han Solo + VTSC Luke Skywalker
Bodies/helmets- 30thAC Stormtrooper
Blastech E-11s- Marauder Inc. "Modified" British Sterling Machine Guns

I had forgotten that I had made these guys a few months ago until I was putting some figures away (I only have a single shelf of a bookcase to display anything right now so it gets periodically emptied out to make room for new purchases/customs) and one of the helmets popped off revealing Luke's noggin underneath :)

Those 6-1Bs look mean. I wouldn't want them operating on me 8-O

That Han and Luke look good.

I've heard the Marvel Comic packs are being rereleased in non-crazy colors, though.

Yeah, I fear that when I go for my surgery in 2 weeks, they'll have one of these guys ready to go to work on me...

Thanks, I think that they have been made by just about every customizer as soon as they got more than 3 30thAC Stormtroopers :rotfl:

I have heard that rumor as well, but now I do not have to buy them.....
