This is actually an update of a previous custom I did of Chuckles in his G-Man monkey suit.

My old one used the Legions Cobra Commander lower torso and legs, attached to the Speed Racer figure's upper torso by a makeshift chest joint. I was okay with that, but it had a strange look from certain angles and the skinny legs made him look a bit like Spike from Cowboy Bebop.

This version uses the trusty Sabretooth crotch and upper legs from the Wolverine: Origins line, which enabled me to keep the upper toso mostly intact, and the more substantial lower legs from ROC Cobra Commander. I also switched to an actual Tim Roth (my favorite cinematic undercover guy) head from the Hulk movie line instead of the look-alike from Star Wars.

Here's a picture of him with my modified Cobra Island Chuckles.

What do you guys think?

Really like that Tim Roth head as Chuckles for some reason, wouldn't have thought it would work so well.

I think his name is Fenn Shysa or some such. It's a pretty good likeness of Roth, intentional or not, but I like this head better. Probably because of the mullet.

Glad you guys are digging this idea and execution. As a bonus, the body can be used for any generic G-Man type. I'll snap some pics with alternate heads to show what I mean.

It's funny that a figure in a hawaian shirt needs a plainclothes look...lol. But it works great, and fits in with his more serious role in the current comic line as mentioned above.

When your diostories start again, they are going to be sooo worth the wait.

If I ever find that head, I am soo making Ted the Bellboy.

This is a great custom, but Bindy makes a good point.... what does he look
like with some shades on?

I agree with Dr B. Tat looks like Mr Orange, who was an undercover cop. Coincidence?!? :-D

Nice job on this dude. I like the Chuckles head but that one works very well indeed.

This looks great. But all I can think of is Mr.Orange. If you wanted to get away from this comparison maybe try painting the shirt a different color like light blue or burgundy. Or maybe a tan jacket. But if you dont care neither do I it looks great and any comparison to Reservoir dogs is a good thing.

Looks good! I like the idea of Joes in plain clothes...tho admittedly, many of them could pass for being in plain clothes anyway...lol. So much for military standards! Anyway, I never pictured Chuckles as a black suit kinda guy...maybe more like a Miami Vice look. Either way, he cleans up nice. ;)
