Cobra doesn't just hire out Dreadnoks when they need to 'torch something... they do have their own internal staff I figured... it's just not a very popular job, as their safety standards are well below norms. Hence, a lot of poor Pyro Vipers get burned up (like this guy, under his mask, not shown, but we all know what RoC CC looks like under his mask, right?)
Created a flame effect simiilar to my Blowtorch custom, but used different (Charbroil's) gear this time.
