Let's see. Between the weather (raining every day or 100 degree heat), house-hunting, and losing my digital camera for two weeks, this last chapter to "Run for the Border" is finally complete and posted.

http://www.midgarnstales.info/Issues/RBScene5.htm -- the link directly to the scene.

Hey, Mid! That looked pretty cool. I really liked the "silly-string" reference. :tripwire:

Couple of things on site navigation:

1. I tried to go back and read the whole story and either I took a wrong turn at "Alber-coy-key" or something. I couldn't find the start.

2. The nav buttons labled to take me to the next or previous scene didn't seem to work. The blinked when I clicked on them and nothing else seemed to happen.

Anywho, if you could fix those it might make it easier for *ahem* geniuses like me to read your whole story.

Missed this when it first came out (was actually recovering froim surgery), but I really liked your wrap-up of this story.

As always, your customs are very clever and your non-verbal characterization of Tripwire (his slapstick element) was spot on.

I also hav e to comment on the physical reactions of your characters, even if they aren't the focus of the pictures they're in, the realiztic positioning adds a lot.

Nice work.
