I was inspired by Miragearmor's Resolute Driver, and wanted to make one for myself. I had been considering how, as is so often with anime, the resolute troopers resembled nazi soldiers, and had considered looking around for a 1/18th Kubelwagon, then got a look at the Corps! Komotto. I figured it would make a sweet Resolute stinger. The only thing I'm really not happy with is the wheels. I was trying to go for a soft edge mask grey and black camo, and it came out looking pretty smudgy.

Yes it is a Pac/Rat missile launcher. I like the two piece missile, but I have to say that the missile rack from the stinger would provide a better fit/ clearance.

Well done. The only thing I would change is the roof color. I'd paint it grey or black.

No knee pads? That means it isn't resolute.

Looks good though.

I agree, but other than that minor detail, awesome work.

Wow.

That really fits well with Resolute's general aesthetic.

Nice job!

Well, I'm convinced, it looks like a Resolute Stinger. Definitely has the right feel and fit for the Resolute concept. Good use of that Komotto, I'm not a vehicle guy but I always loved the Stinger and this has my wheels turning!

That's nice. I haven't seen Resolute yet though. I want to build a stinger like this too but I am going to keep the Komotto missiles on mine. I started a custom of the Corps! ATK and painted black with grey interior, but the more I look at it I see Vamp. So now I want one of these Komottos to do in black. I noticed you added a windshield as well. Again Great Work! I am definitely hitting Wal-Mart this weekend. I’m inspired. lol
BTW what paints did you use?

The flat black looks spectacular on this. Using a two-tone approach has a great enhancing effect, too.

The detail on the bolt heads was a nice touch too. The whole thing looks like it is made of composite. Nice.

I love everything but the drybrushed machine gun. It's realistic tone clashes with the Stinger's overall aesthetic.
