So after being tired of the new Skysweepers role and colors, I decided to find something to do differently that would make a better use for the new mold..

well here you have it

the Coasthawk FB-3

Multi-purpose seaboard defender and Search and rescue Quick look craft.
Designed to Speed along the water ways to find Joes recently brought down after a battle.
Its other purpose is to keep Cobra from advancing on citys past the Country's ports.

What do you guys think?

oh and here's my secret WIP, you can probably guess where the Coastalhawk got it's influence from...

it's a Work in progress but I should have it done soon, Custom landing gear, a little more actual hardware ect.

Throw me the love and hate!

That paint job really looks nice. And I like with you did on the Coasthawk's engines (the ones on the main fuselage) where it looks like there's some smoke burns on it....Very cool, if intentional!

I like both. Can't wait for the finished product since I know I'll be doing one too.

I use Automotive paint for main bodies on customs, due to it having plastic compounds that can help seal plastic up if there's and inconsistencies in the mold.

the Orange color is High-heat Chevrolet Orange. Found at any Auto parts store.
once the paint is dry, its pretty much scratch proof.

I love Coast Guard customs! I was considering not using the official dolphin paint scheme on my dauphin and instead using the white with orange stripe pattern used on other CG copters - but after seeing yours I'm ready to go all orange!
It looks great!

As for the skysweepers - love the concept - but it needs decals to bring it to life.

Ya know looking at the skysweeper I just notices somthing. I dunno know how many robotech fans there are on here but if you removed the jet engines it looks almost like Rick Hunters Stunt plane from the first episode. It was Red and white.

I gotta go through and get stickers made for both, the Dolphin is sticker heavy so I'm scouting places to get stickers made.
