First off... the WiP

Image

I intend Sidewinder here to be an Homage to my own Build a Cobra fig. Yes, his body doesn't resemble the origional, but I don't intend on painting him neon pink either. :P

I do kind of like the Dark purple and rusty gold on the Air-viper body... so I think this one won't envolve much painting. I am working to copy that metal color.

And now... the LBC

Image

Picked up an El-cheapo battle pack and had to do something with the white trooper. Thus... we have an Oldschool Medi-Viper.

I only wish his left hand could actually hold things.

I like that Resolute Trooper helmet/Resolute Snake-Eyes head combo.

I could totally see that work for a ROC-style Crimson Guard, if put on the appropriate body.
Looking forward to seeing the finished Sidewinder.

You know, as much potential as the WIP shows, it doesn't have me nearly as geeked as the LBC.

Love that look and concept for a Cobra medic.

Agreed. Such an awesome (an easy) way to make a Cobra medic. Very nice

Yep, I keep some of em on the desk trying to think of how to fix 'em up. The chick would be the sith/scarlett figure showcased in that big quene I posted a wHile back.. The rest are just Pit Troopers and luke skywalker

That would be a Vet Cyborg Superman (AKA Hank Henshaw) from the Orgin heroclix set. He's just been cluttering the desk since I found him in my trading pack.

Really like the look of the WiP of Sidewinder. It gives off a Plague Trooper vibe to me. I might have to borrow that idea!

For the LBC Medic, I also like and will be borrowing! Great eye on the parts!

More than welcome to. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery after all.

Just hope you can find the right-sized decals ;)

And yet another WiP... working on this one for a while, but again got distracted by Wal-marts clearances. Damn you Sam walton...

the only problem right now is the hands. I need him to hold weapons... unfortunately a problem came up since the only ones that would work broke on me. The only others are Deadpools hands, but I'd have to slice down the pegs, and I'd rather see how they look before going there.

Actually his name is 'the Harvestman'. He needs to hold stuff so he can weild his trademark weapons.
