Not a lot of exposition on these -- eventually I might take some individual close-up shots, but they still need a bit of tweaking and I don't have a lot of time these days.

Image

Recipes:

Quicksilver-
All Johnny Storm with a Namor head

Wanda- (yeah, I said I wouldn't make her - I got bored, alright? :P )
Ms Marvel with ROC RA Scarlet head (modded)

Mockingbird - (waiting for the comic-pack Hawkeye to show up now)
Ms Marvel torso, legs, head
Obi Wan arms
25A Scarlett hair
Vinyl tape for the boots
-- I wanted to make her mask stick out like the original, but it was just too big a pain in the ass. I will probably upgrade her to a more modern costume someday, but I didn't want to waste the flesh-colored Ms Marvel legs ;)

Nova -
MU Namor Body
Guardian head (heavily modded)

White Tiger (Hector Ayala) -
Johnny Storm body
Black Panther head (I know that WT isn't supposed to have "ears" on his mask, but I think it looks better this way)
25A CC gloves
Green Stuff for the amulets
-- This is actually my old MoonKnight custom that I re-purposed for WT - I think it was the gloves that sparked the inspiration for this one.

Shang-Chi
Quick-Kick upper body
ROC SS legs

Cheers!

I like them all but Mockingbird takes the cake for me. I've been wondering would take a stab at her, and you sir have done a fine job. Very creative use of parts.

Man, I don't understand what your beef is against Wanda, but she kicks much ass right there. Quicky too, even though HE is a character I wish much death on.

The rest I am less familiar with, though that Shang Chi looks outstanding. And I aplaud your even attempting all that white on White Tiger. It looks friggin cool as "LASER BLAST".

Well done! Reminds me I have a few comics characters I need to finish up

I gotta echo the White Tiger, and Shang Chi love. Shang Chi looks like he stepped out of the 70's/80's

Kudos.

what he said... To me, getting Nova out of what you started with is almost the most impressive to me, but there are parts I like about each.

but yeah, Dan please do keep them coming. Love to see new stuff from you always. You know what I'd get a kick out of sometime? A huge ass shot of a cross over Marvel-DC event taking place right there in your bat cave, with ALL your superheroes in it at one time.

looks great! How the heck DO you switch out the arms anyways? I've just learned how to pop out their legs.

Thanks guys - I'll try to get some close-up pics this weekend (long week worth of 12-hr shifts ahead of me.)

CDR - I basically cracked the MM torso just like a 25A one - used an Xacto to split the seams, Dremeled out the sockets a bit to fit the Obi-Wan shoulders and glued them all back together. Not the best fit, but good enough for what I wanted to do.

Beat me on posting up Mockingbird. Looks great.

Good call on the Jedi arms. I actually used Marion from the Indiana Jones and added some hang to the sleeves and put them ina Black Canary IH uppertorso with a Microlady bottom half and legs.

Another great bunch of figures, Dan!

Wanda and Pietro really steal the show for me. Not completely sold on the Namor head for Pietro, but it does work.

I agree with Dennis, that I'd love to see a huge group shot with all of your Super Heroes together. That would rock!
