This is what I've been working on for the last week or so. First up in an LBC Overkill . . . Cylons (Thanks to K1 for hooking me up with these sweet heads) . . . LBC Marcus from Terminator Salvation . . . T-800 Terminator (Features added neck, arm and chest articulation. Thanks to Marcus for hooking me up with heads- made all the difference on this figure.) Seen with the Playmates version . . . LBC (WIP- I plan on modding and painting him) End of Days: Clutch . . . Finally, The Bride from Kill Bill ( I was really torn between the clean and bloodied look for her) . . . |

Those are all cool. Love those classic looking Cylons, and I prefer the Bride unbloodied, like you have her. |

My wife said the same about the Bride- that's the main reason I left her. |

the bride looks nice, perfectly done. I like the cylons alot and the clutch looks to be a great start for EOD version. |

Holy crap! those cylons are fantastic -- simple, yet so effective! also, great work on the Bride -- we all know about yellow, and you make it seem so easy - finally, i just want to say (again) how awesome that playset you built is ! that sucker has stood the test of time! |

Thanks, man. Yeah, that set is just over two years old now, and my kids play with it almost daily, and I've yet to have to repair it. As for the yellow- it's really not hard as long as you use a white primer first. |

That much yellow paint has been known to drive men mad. Very impressive. And the cylon thing - well damn, why is this the first I'm seeing of it? Fits pretty damn well. - R |

here's a follow up: what kind of primer are you using? -- the primer i've been using makes the figures 'sticky' -- it doesn't seem to cure - especially on the soft plastic parts - |

The primer I use (Krylon) is no longer made. I ran out of black about two years ago, and have yet to find a good substitute. I still have a couple cans of the white. This particular paint dries on ANY surface. I mean any. . . .Then the fools went and reformulated it. But what I look for is a paint that can be used on vinyl. Haven't found one yet though. Then closest I've come is with auto primers. |

Great stuff mate. Lovin' Sam and the Terminators! Citadel sprays work on vinyl, btw. |

No problems on vinyl and PVC parts. |
