I don't know why but it's been a slightly more productive than average last couple of days for me, so I managed to get a few customs pumped out. It also helps that I managed to acquire a set that helped me finish some customs.

First up is Frostbite, taking inspiration from the LBC in Chrysophylax's Arctic Shipwreck review.
Of course, TRU exclusives never show up in my area, so I used a regular Shipwreck head and painted the cap. Also gave him a black beard to distinguish him from Shipwreck and give it an 85 touch, and painted the neck to match the darker skintone of the head. Replaced the revolver with a standard ROC pistol in the holster to finish him off.

Minor update to my Glenda custom. To distinguish her from Scarlett a bit more, I slapped on some gloves from the "Starkiller Hero" toy, painted white:

Another update, for Zartan. I just got the TRU 5-pack yesterday, so I put the darker-haired Zartan head on him, painted the belt and the shoulder thing black and gave him the 5-pack version's pulse rifle, since it had the silver bayonet.
Image

And since I got the 5-pack, this one was a no-brainer. I don't mind characters getting ethnicity changes, but Repeater felt like little more than a Roadblock clone now, so I did like everyone else did.

Stakeout. I'm really not happy with this one. It's a pain in the ass to paint eyes on a figure you've already painted over, because you can't go back and "scratch off" your mistakes... I really hope I can find a different head somewhere down the line. In any case, he's a ROC remake of my original RAH character. Body is from ROC Gung-Ho and the head is from Trigate Creations, which was cast in grey and had to be entirely painted over. Gave him Pilot Destro's cool revolver and a shotgun from a Terminator figure.
Image

Tunnel Rat here is my ROC take on him, inspired by Mundo's own unique take on him. Started from a Shipwreck body, and to distinguish him from my Torpedo custom (that uses the same body) I repainted the dark blue camo bits in black. The head is from Hard Master, chosen because the skin tone matched the one on Shipwreck's hands and neck along with the fact that it fit really well on the neck. Thickened his eyebrows a bit because they didn't "feel right" for Tunnel Rat, and sculpted a bandanna on his head. For now he's bald... because I tried to sculpt hair and a bandanna on top but the results were disastrous. Gave him the webgear and explosives pouch of my HOH Snake-Eyes (who shouldn't have gotten past quality control with his miscut elbow, floppy legs and extremely loose torso joint... eesh), the backpack from ROCK Gung-Ho, the rifle from Resolute Duke and ROC Snow Job's revolver.
Image

And last and least, my original character Hiryu. HypnoHustler helped me out big time, not only providing me with all the body parts save the thighs (which Rasputin provided) but also putting the arms and torso together. HH is awesome and you should praise him.
The head is from Trigate Creations, torso is from the 2md Joe 5-pack's Snake-Eyes, upper arms are from the Python Officer, lower arms from HOH Storm Shadow, hips from Ninja Ku Storm Shadow, lower legs from Legions Cobra Commander and feet from Paris Pursuit Storm Shadow. The nunchaku are from Marvel Universe's Ronin and the staff... I don't know. I found it in a baggie of Star Wars parts at Toy Wars and failed to ID it anywhere.
I want to find some removable gear for him so he can match my RAH custom a bit better, but thus far all that looks good would've been that new black Spiderman's added gear, and that would look a bit too goofy IMO. I'm open to suggestions.

That's all for me for now. Comments are always welcome, and thanks for looking!

Not a bad one in the bunch. And it's always nice to see a Repeater.

All are great, simple fixes and your personal character is cool, nice work Jay.

agreed - these are all solid and cool, and I dig the original figure - I know how long you looked for parts to make that one happen. Also agree with you 100% on how awesome and helpful Hypno is.

Hiryu really came together nicely. The rest are good. Your take on Mundo's version of Tunnel Rat turned out really good. The head choice is perfect.

Thanks guys! Much appreciated.

Really glad (albeit surprised) to see so much positive feedback on my Hiryu custom.

Thanks for the comments on Tunnel Rat as well, pluv!
