Here's my 12" Rasputin -

The glasses I got were way too big for the head, so I stripped the rubber from a twist tie and made them fit.

I got the base figure and head for 99p and pieced the rest together from Hong Kong 1/6 scale eBay stores. The only thing I had to make was the scarf.
The whole thing cost about $25.

Turned out way better than I was expecting. :-)
