So I got the PoC Zartan off eBay with the Voslov head and I really liked the alternate disguised head he comes with. So I decided to make it into Sandstorm.

Just cut the collar down on a Resolute Duke and put the vest from Zartan on him and the head with goggles. I am thinking of cutting the holster off and adding a diffrent one on. Or may just get a second Zartan and use that one for Sandstorm.
