yeah,.. I know a lot of people disliked the race change of the original character Ripcord...(Me included). but since we're stuck with it, that doesn't mean we cant have fun.

I always thought if Wayans was gonna be Ripcord.. then he should LOOK like him as well.

This does look better for how he shoulda looked rather than the movie black outfit, but movie stuff goes in their own direction just like the x-men shoulda been in their colorful costumes rather than black leather and the TF shoulda been the 80's look and so on,but Ripcors should be in camo and you did it :-D

I like this. Old meets New. Know you need to make a custom Candy figure for Rip over there. Just take a Scarlett figure and put her in a bear suit, Paramount would have done the same thing. Just kidding. Seriously though, I like the way this looks. I would have rather seen the original style Joes in the film with a more diverse make up. GI Joe is called The Real American Hero...so why are they mostly white? GI Joe needs more diversity.

The figure parts I recognize though the accessories I don't. (X-Wing pilot helmet?).
Great combo, I like!

Agreed, I've had that exact head on that body in my fodder bag for a while now, but adding some good accessories really brings it to life.

This pic makes me wonder... how (in the movie) did a a regular Army ground trooper get the codename Ripcord?

I like it. And I would've liked the movie a lot more if the character designs had been more like this.

Very clever use of parts.

I didn't mind the race change, I only disliked him being played by a Wayans. But his character wasn't nearly as annoying as I anticipated... and in the month since, I've actually gotten used to Ripcord's new identity.

and this custom is freakin' sweet, the gear is superb and works beautifully together.

I can dig it. Rip being black isn't the problem, Rip being a one note joke was the problem.

I like this figure, nice combo of looks. Great accessories.
