Hello All. A Hiss Tank member asked me to make a Hardball figure using the ROC Duke from the convoy attack. He wanted me to use the same basic paint job I had used on a previous custom, so I had a good idea of what he wanted, but wasn't sure how it would come out. Here is the final product, minus the ball cap that he is going to add once the figure gets to him... Maybe he will post a picture with the hat. Anyway, here's Hardball:
Now I know what some of you may be thinking: this looks like ROC Ripcord with ACU's on... Well, you would be wrong, as this guy doesn't have a soul patch, and has a 5:00 shadow going! So there!
I offered to repaint the whole head in a lighter skin tone, to give a feel of the original Hardball, but my sponser on this piece said it wasn't necessary. Oh well, it's his piece now.
Anyway, comments or critiques are welcome, as always.
