This is the custom that I wanted to submit to the NJC when they were doing Vertigo, but for the life of me had too much on my plate at the time. Here he is in both the DC/Vertigo glory and in a recreated scene from the Garth Ennis/Glen Fabry run(my favorite timeframe):

He took some serious work on the head, It started as that smiling Duke head from the TRU Desert pack. He had the smile I wanted to add John's classic cigarette, but the head had little to no defined ears!

So using the Xacto and some luck, I shaved off the ears from a Hannibal A-Team figure and glued them to his head. Next, I took the wood burner to his head and brought up the hair in Constantines classic Billy Idol looking locks. Lastly, was the painting, which was a mix of paint, inks, and so forth. His head is permanently in the three-quarter pose, which I felt was good enough for dio shots. Clothing was a no-brainer, Indy clothes with the overcoat from those WWII figures from BBi or Forces of Valor. Whatever. The tie, since I did not use or have the Indy top with the tie, I remembered that in the comic run Constantine was far from the neat type, save for taking his drink neat. SO I looked through my stuff, and found an AOME cape that had a crumpled pattern that was what I was truly looking for. Some trimming and painting made a severely crumpled tie.

The next shot is almost a recreation of the scene from that storyline when an angel impregnated a female demon and they were fighting over the infant. John, in classic fashion set up the angel and well, the story shows how he handled their usual self serving attitude:

Got the SW gal as a gift, and thought first to make a mature Ashoka Tano, but decided against it, due to not really having any SW figures that are still, well, SW.

I had leftover pieces of that Golden Compass gal, and her hair made a nice substitute for the fleshy appendages of the original SW gal. Still have to clean up her skin of the removed yellow tattoos, and add my own tattoos on her depending on what I feel like. Removed her loincloth, and may make my own with a borrow from one of the Spawn figures of something. Anyhoo, love her hair and will figure out the rest as time permits. Got another full plate of things on the stove:

Saw the movie, want to make the figures, like Max Von Sydow, 'nuff said.

Grail knight head, retextured the mail coif into hair. Made the biggen from scratch using Kootnie deerskin that I normally use to wrap feathers, bear teeth, etc.

That pic of him harvesting the wings is far out.

Indeed, and the fact that he's got a grin like a teenage boy that just got lucky for the first time makes it even more disturbing. 8-O

But all of this just makes this figure that much more awesome.

Please combine mulitiple customs posted on the same day into one thread. Thanks.

Constantine: I'll never look at a Duke head the same again. Thank you for the nightmares.
Tribal female. IF she's a dino rider that will be awesome. Can't wait to see you finish her off.
Lord Marshall is pretty good. Great use of that head. He almost looks like King Theodon.
