I used to have a FLAK as a kid and now realized I still need one to help defend my Joe base.

Using mostly Pit and Rhino parts, plus a missile
launcher from a random figure, I put this together
quickly tonight. Enjoy

The turret still rotates too:

Nice use of parts. Do you plan on painting it in the classic colors, or leave it as is? The only thing that bothers me is the gunner looks uncomfortable. May just be the angles though.

It's the lack of foot rests. That's what is throwing me off.

Some styrene and some small tubing could cure that in no time.

Love the battle stand base plate.

No paint needed here! I love it! And no cardboard, sweet, lol. my only suggestion is that it looks like he really has to reach for the handles. Maybe more centered. I may have to steal this cause I'm getting a pile of those dang missle launchers myself. Maybe I should put em on the marketplace, lol. 2 for 1cent lol.

Great update. And I like it better than the original.

Actually, there is cardboard in this one too, you just can't see it.
I needed a spacer to help it stay attached/rotate on the base.

Did you see the updates on the Cardboard Hiss tank? I did another the tape and paint last night
and will probably finish it/post more photos tonight.

This is awesome! Most excellent use of crappy useless parts (stupid missile launcher).
