If you've been on the boards for any length of time you know I love me a Batman custom and I'm also sorta on the Pulp/ Noir kick.
So..... WWI Batman.

What do you think?

And one more to show off the stripe down the side of his legs.
I'm kinda proud of it considering this is a bad hand week.

Very cool! As a fellow Bat-fan, I applaud your execution. Is that the DK head?

Very nice. Only thing I'd like to see is a set of mechanical bat wings, but they are not necessary for the base character. Very nice design and execution.

Love the bat emblem. Captured a Noir look very nicely. Don't know why, but I've always liked the idea of Batman being someone who would carry a firearm. It's consistent with the gritty realism of any Batman character, but fits in especially well here.

Looks like it's got some Liberty Files inspiration?

I think you should do some more to go with him.

Flat-out cool.

I was just watching the Under the Hood documentary feature on my Watchmen disc and this version of Bats could've stepped right out of a newsclipping prop.

Very well done.

Yep

I did think about it but I thought wings in a trench would get in the way.

Since he fighting a war I figured a gun might be handy.

I sculpted the two symbols. Well......... I drew on sculpt and then cut them out.

Another winner! Bats is all sorts of cool, and this is another great figure. As stated before (in Caps thread), reminds me of the "Bat-Man Legends" figures Mattel put out in the late '80s or early 90's... Great idea!

I am absolutely loving your Noir period.

Far dangerously too cool for us. ;-)
