Here's my take on Kamakura. Kept it pretty simple and just went with a olive drab/black color scheme.

Head-Resolute cp Storm Shadow
Upper arms-25th Tele-Viper
Lower arms-Broken Arrow cast
Torso-Trigate
Legs-ROC CS Snake Eyes
Sword-ROC Snake Eyes
Gun-ROC Baroness

That's a great take on Kamakura. Combining the ninja and soldier looks works well.
