everybody remembers SHIELD Agent Phil Coulson from IRON MAN and IRON MAN 2 right? well Coulson is not from the comics, he was created for the IM movie then called back for IM2 and will show up in THOR and AVENGERS too.

But I think he's a worthy character that SHOULD BE part of the comic book universe too. So I decided to make a SHIELD-blue jumpsuit "comic" style custom of him for my SHIELDverse.

and I used the adventurer torso Viper created for Hunter Artworks.

the head is from the 2007 Hoth Ultimate Battle Pack - http:// http://www.rebelscum.com/tacUBPhoth.asp

it's eerie, uncanny even, how much this AT-ST driver figure looks like the Coulson actor Clark Gregg so I used it for this custom http://www.rebelscum.com/photo.asp?imag ... TSTDH1.jpg

he does look good and the head does fit the look of the actor actually...good thinking and the paint apps are good

Looks Great JD, perfect head choice, looks spot on, and the paint apps rock as well.

That head looks like it's supposed to be the actor, so the rest of the figure just seems perfect. Nice work!

The custom is great but the hand painted patch is amazing. Great work on that little detail...or great detail on that little work.

Loving everything but the torso on this guy.

It's a great but very limited torso, IMHO. You'd be better off with one of the O-13 torsos and an ROC holster rig.

Was that head ever reused? I need an Agent Coulson now.

I agree about the great head choice and detail painting, especially the patch. I would maybe drop the head down a touch, but then his arms might be too long. Other than that minor critique I think he's very cool.

Really like the figure and that torso. I think that head was re-used in the new vintage collection of figures. I saw the new wave at Target over the weekend and the AT-AT commander had that head or one very close to it.
