I made this guy for Dark Horse as a trade. His criteria for the build was a mean looking shark man with some bulk.

What do you think? Did I nail the requirements?
This is the first time I can say that I am really happy with the paint on a fig. This is one of my favorite customs. Gonna have some separation anxiety from this one. I didnt sculpt any teeth, because it turns out, hammerheads rarely have visible teeth. I hope DH is as pleased with this figure as I am.

Recipe:
Head: all sculpt baby. The socket from the original wink figure is under there so it still has full mobility.
Upper body, arms, and legs: Hell Boy Wink figure with a lot of sculpt added on. I ended up casting the clawed hand so the fingernails wouldn't fall off.
Abdomen: Iron Man 2 Mini monger.
Harpoon: Custom cast from a warhammer fig.

The sculpt work is superb. I love it, and normally I'm not into fantasy customs.

This is truly awesome as you have combined two of my favorite things 3 3/4 figures and sharks!! I would definitely buy this if it were in stores! Well done.

Any chance anyone has a spare wink fig? I really want to make another one for me. :)

Awesome. I like the harpoon arm a lot. That was smart thinking. The only thing you may want to consider for your version is giving him a coat of gloss/semi-gloss so he looks more fish like. Think Abe Sapien skin as an example.

Incredible job on the sculpting. Until I saw the recipe, I was trying to work out which figurine you had taken the head and tail off; Schleich or Papo. It looks good enough to be a production piece.

Thanks Kam. If I had been able to find a shark fig that would have worked I would have used it. :) but since I couldn't home-made was the only way to go.
