This is an update on the Night Raven, a Mach 12 scramjet aircraft. The weapons have been removed. The paint was also removed, so the idea is that you are looking at the unpainted tialuminopper that the plane is made of, as it resists the high temperatures that all of us experience when going at Mach 12. It wasn't supposed to look like Sky Patrol, yet it probably does.

Although the silver/metalic colour looks very good, I think the plane could use some black or red highlights here and there to make it stand out more. Now it's a bit "boring". Paint some panels or small details in a different colour. Some decals would work too.
But like I said, this as a base coloured Raven looks very good.

Accent the panel lines with either a fine point Sharpie or a light black wash and I think that would break it up a bit. Aside from that I think you executed the idea very well.

Might be cool to add some "Toast marks" on the leading edges. If it's going that fast I'm sure it has a lot of friction that could leave scorch marks...I'm thinking something like the look of the Space Shuttle after it's returned from orbit.

I like this idea.

Some decals will also help out.

Great start, though.

Thank you to everyone who replied with suggestions. My skill level wouldn't be up to that standard though. This was acquired at a very low clearance price, I probably should have bought another and could experiment with some of your suggestions. Making it a two seater was another idea, the lever on the top that operates the cockpit lowering could instead be a hatch for the passenger compartment. Might be a bit difficult, and there isn't a lot of room to work with.
