This isn't really much of a custom but he's fun. I took the movie winter Snake Eyes and a movie Ice Viper jacket with a knock off figure's head and light sculpting and made this one. I just did minor changes to the head and mostly made it just look better than the way it looked.

I don't know what to call him but I'm thinking of him as basically like a government type of acting guy that pretty much just inspects the see that the troops are doing what they are suppose to be doing. He just shows up and videos back to Cobra Commander to say "yeah the people here are doing a good job" or "you need to send som back up and get rid of the troops here because they are not worth keeping".

Just a fun one that I threw together on this rare Louisiana snow day. Something fun like I was saying. I'll figure out a name for him later.

Hehe, that's what I've been calling him. He's not a G.I.Joe inspector so it's harder to really fit him in. I didn't want a maskless guy to be a leader of any group either. I guess he'd also have to pretty much be a specialist and only be sent to the arctic locations. With the idea I'm fitting him into anyway. Then it would allow for a whole different guy for swamps, another for deserts, and so on. That sort of would make sense too since Hasbro would think in lines of selling more figures. Looking at Cobra, I couldn't see them making this guy go everywhere. They have more than one base at a time in operation.

Perhaps he runs Cobra's rest-and-relaxation center in Antarctica?
