  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

Here is my latest Superman Villain custom....Zod. I wanted to go a little more modern with the look, while still paying homage to the Superman II version. I went with Mu body parts to make him to scale with my superman Fig, but I was able to use the Star Wars Chancellor Valorum head (thanks Bill) to pay tribute to Terence Stamp.

Looks very cool.
I also bought a Chancellor Valium for the same purposes, although mine will be more DCIH-scaled... and most likely not as impressive as yours.

I've been struggling for-freaking-ever to do some decent painted-on facial hair. Please tell me, how'd you pull it off here?

Really like this zod. I have been wanting to try to do a Zod ever I since i got my first infinite heroes superman. My problem has been head in the past and your use of Velorum is spot on. I love it. Great, great, great, so happy i finally saw someone who made one of my favorite Superman villains and you did it superb.

My favorite Zod quotes.
"Come to me, Superman! I defy you! Come and kneel before Zod! "
"I win. I always win. Is there no one on this planet to even challenge me?"

Awesome work! I made a Zod a couple years ago in the IH scale and now you have inspired me to update it. Nice work!

Yeah, I've really got to dig out my Valorum from the fodder bin and update my Zod with the Stamp head.
