First Storm Shadow, for those whom don't speak Japanese.

Long ago in feudal Japan, centuries before Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow were born, there was a lone warrior. The warrior was a samurai who fought for one of the local shoguns. One day the shogun spotted the warrior's fiancee and began lusting for her. The shogun ordered the warrior to bring him the girl. Crossed with the shogun's order to give up his love, the warrior fled to the mountains of Japan with his love. Knowing that the shogun would stop at nothing to find and kill the warrior, the warrior began attacking the shogun's places. Leaving behind his samurai life, the warrior took up a new identity. He began studying ancient warrior forms and learned how to move like the storm. Local legends arouse of Arashikage, the Storm Shadow. The warrior began calling himself Saisho Arashikage and would later teach the secret techniques to his children and so on.

Good looking figure, but the back-story really sells it.

Thanks. Most of the parts came from a fodder lot and the idea came to me in a dream. I looked up the word "First", in an English to Japanese dictionary (online) and the word "Saisho" came up. Curiosity had me look up Arashikage. Arashi means Storm and Kage means Shadow, so Storm Shadow's ninja Clan is the StormShadow clan.

I made Saisho to fill in my time while waiting on parts or ideas to finish other customs.

Nice job on the parts and background. The legs look really good here. No idea on the torso? Did you have to paint it?

I think the torso is a Wolverine torso, honestly I have no idea whose torso it is. I received it is a fodder lot with no head, legs or hands. Some one already painted the flesh color, I just modified the waist with a T-bar to use the GI Joe legs and painted the pants black.

Great idea for a custom. Nicely executed, too.
