Post subject:  Car Salesman & Billy (updated on 2nd page!)

After getting this great head sculpt back from LIVEVIL, I wanted to post it.
My favorite thing about it is the original material. Now I had a certain individual in mind when I made this figure, so it is your turn to guess either:
a. The original head
b. The character

Good luck! I will be posting more pictures as I go along, as well as a bonus pic of another figure.

it looks like he used a 1991 grunt head for the base of the head, but I don't own that version of grunt so I'm not sure, but thats my guess. When will you reveal the original head?

I want to say the face looks like it's from the 91 "red face mask" Cobra Commander.

Wether or not it's supposed to be him, it's a dead ringer for the G-Man from Half-Life.

Well, nova guessed correctly :) I was hoping it would a little harder.

Here was the next clue:

I had fun making this video. Might be something I would do again.
Btw, for those who haven't already figured it out, this figure is my pre-Cobra Commander... as a car salesman.

I had originally planned on LIVEVIL merging 91 & 94 Cobra Commander heads together, but instead he just modified the 91 head. The job he did is fantastic.

Also, as you can see in the video, I have my custom Billy figure. I'll post more details on him tomorrow.

Brilliant! Does anyone else think he looks like William H. Macy?

Okay, Joseph Gordon Levitt was one of the few things I liked about the movie, but I love the idea of a William H. Macy Cobra Commander.

The head is great, the parts work, but that video is awesome.

I love everything about that custom. The head looks fantastic, and that video is incredibly cool. Well done!

I love this custom, and the video too. However, the head reminds me of...

Thanks for the replies (except for yours, Billy :) ). The video wasn't too bad, just clicking layers on and off in PaintShop Pro and then adding each frame to clip.

Any other ideas for a short video like this?
