Batman and Flash were in need of updates as they sat in the completed box. Flash was missing one of his wings, so I replaced with ones from a JLU Flash. Now since they are rubber, I dont have to worry about them breaking off. After this was completed I thought I would give him a new decal and fresh gloss red paint . I choose gloss red because it made sense to me since his suit is stored in a ring that it would be made of a liquid therefore it would appear more glossy when worn. Batman has been more or less completed for awhile. I was in need of a cape. After searching for a Gotham Knight's Batman at last week's Steel city con, that failed I looked for a cheap Super Powers Batman since it would be the same color blue. But the only one I could find was out of my price range and the cape was faded. Then I found a table with a Dark Knight collection Batman for only three dollars. After a quick darker color scheme my Batman has been updated . Thank goodness for those little accidents. The recipe for Flash is a MU Silver Surfer with a head supplied by Slayer design studio and boots from SHS Dr. Octopus. Batman is a MU Hawkeye upper body head from Slayer design studio with SHS Namor upper and lower legs and sculpey aded for boot details. Also the arms are upper Union Jack lower Gotham Knights Batman.
