This guy is our next target. Dr. Vince Williams of Stark Industries. During Overkill's assault on Stark's labs, Dr Williams and several other individuals looted the labs. As far as we know none of Stark's suits were recovered. However something Stark was working on for us has been recovered.
Several of our convoys have been looted by a person wearing a prototype Hostile Enviroment Suit.
Loosely based on the Iron Man project these suits have an impresive array of weapons and armour. Rumour has it Williams is working with the remaining members of the Cobra leadership.
We have enough problems with Overkill's army without Cobra raising its ugly head. So lets find this guy and take him out. If possible we want that suit back.

Thanks guys. The H.E.S. was designed by Stark Industries for use both on and off planet. Dr Williams has used it as a weapons platform to make himself a player in the new look Cobra organisation.
