Niddler's Revenge

The repulsorlift gunskiff re-christened "Niddler's Revenge" is a speedy, small attack craft piloted by the "lost" Prince Of Octopon, Ren and his companion, the "Ecomancer" Tula. The duo stole the craft from a Sharc patrol after they were found floating in the sea after having walked a Crimson Corsair plank when their long-time friend Ioz betrayed them. They stripped her of all of her blue pirate clan markings and renamed her after their fallen friend, the monkeybird Niddler, who did not survive an escape from an underwater city after their trip through a strange portal called a "stargate" from their homeworld of Mer (presumably not associated with the Mer of our own glalxy).

Niddler's Revenge sports 2 high-powered engines and multiple steering vanes for unrivaled maneuverability above the seas of Aquos. Her weapons compliment consists of 2, dual tube concussion missile launchers (1 under each pylon), a fixed position heavy blaster cannon array and a turret mounted pair of repeating blasters. Her main sensor array has been augmented to detect enemy vessels from greater distances than most ships and has been modified to include jamming equipment that makes her all but invisible to other vessels (Ren calls this "Wraithing").

That's beautiful. Would love to know more about what it's made from.

But something about just exudes grace to me for some reason... a ship for a more civilized time perhaps. :)

That is truly awesome. I really like how the veins allow it to sit when it is on the ground. The only thing is I'd write the ship's name on the back or on the side of the bow.

I agree with Pluv on that, awesome paint apps, truly a piece of art.

I must know what the base vehicle is so I can add one of my own to my Sky Pirates.

Looks like the Mortal Kombat boat...

Thanks everyone!

The main hull is either a Mortal Kombat Dragon Wing or a Pirates Of Dark Water Wraith (they shared a mold), the 4 steering vanes are cut from a Captain Planet Eco Cruiser's wings, the turret is a modified version of the one from the Tron 3 Man Light Jet and everything else is just assorted fodder from my parts boxes.

I debated long and hard about adding the ship's name like I did on Miss Swan's Regret, but ultimately decided not to do it on this one as none of the ships from the "Pirates Of Dark Water" cartoon had their names on them so I figured some continuity was in order (besides, being from outside the galaxy, Ren and Tula most likely cannot read/write Aurebesh so they would not be able to label the ship in anything that the rest of the galaxy could read anyway LOL)
