It was kinda weird how it happened. I killed a mosquito, and it was stuck to the middle finger on my right hand. I took my thumb and put it on the left side of the middle finger to flick the dead bug off of my finger. When I was about to flick, the tendon that rund down the middle of the back of your hand, over the knuckle snapped and rolled over to the right side of the knuckle. My hand locked up in a clenching type pose. I had to grab the tendon and pull it away from the side of the joint and back into place. It hurt so bad I got faint and almost passed out. After that, any time I do certain things with my hand like holding a pen, pencil, stirring something with a spoon, holding a guitar pick, the tendon pops again and my hand locks up and hurts. I went to the ER the next day and they did X-rays which didnt show anything, but the Dr. said that something was definately wrong in there for that to have happened, and I will need to see an orthopedic surgion. As much as I enjoyed getting to make these figures, and seem to have some inspiration to start customizing again, I had to stop every 3 or 4 minutes because of my hand. So Looks like I wont be customizing anymore, or playing guitar either. Cant afford surgery, even with ins. So I'm kinda screwed.
