Hello all,

below you'll find the latest stuff I've been working on
1. The Joevengers, or really the G.I.Joe Avengers, these are classic Avengers characters Wasp, Giant man and Hawkeye wearing reactive suits, the figures are loosely based on the 'Ultimates' design; although I must say that together they look a little like the power rangers, that was not intentional :whistling: . I'm thinking these Avengers work as part of the Joes whenever they fin the need for 'super powered' support!

2. The Thunderhawk, ever since I got my Joe Matt Tracker, I wanted to give him a ride, I found this ben10 vehicle on sale and decided to convert it into the Thunderhawk. I left the green trim so as to match the helicopter colour scheme that came with Specialist tracker.

Let me know what you think :-D

Very cool. I love the use of the 12" look-alike for Giant Man, and the female version of the reactive armour actually looks very insect-like when painted that way for Wasp.

My only question is why is Giant Man blue and Hawkeye red? Image

I don't know about giant man being blue, but the red and black from hawkeye is straight from one of his Ultimate looks, and is a great take on him. I liked him from the first pic on, but wasn't sold on the other two until I saw the alt versions of each. Then I thought they rocked.

Going the extra mile like that really sells those RA suits as legit too. Well played

This is a great idea, and well executed. Especially with the miniature and larger versions of the characters.

Quite cool. Where would one get a stand like the one you used for the mini wasp figure?

Thanks guys so much for the positive feedback, it makes all the hard work I put in worthwhile. Below are some responses to your questions or comments:

Thanks for the positive feedback, Hawkeye's ultimate costume is red and so is giant man's it's really more of a brown, I guess to differentiate between the two I went with a 'Goliath' themed uniform, for giant man, that uniform is blue and Yellow. I left the yellow out so he wouldn't clash with wasp.

I don't know why Hasbro doesn't do the same all you get yellow jacket with a miniature ant man! why not a regular sized and miniature ant man! I'm currently working on a tiny version of Hank Pym to go with the other two, I want my giant man to be like the one in 'Avengers earth's mightiest superheroes' in that he can become a giant but also shrink to a tiny size!

I got it with the superman and dark side mini mates (see picture below) play set a few years back, you can probably find it on eBay, I had to use blue tack for the mini wasp to stay in place.

p.s. what do people think of the Thunderhawk? I've included a pic of what it originally looked like if you're curious

Really liking Giant Man and the Wasp.

Wasn;t sold on them until I saw them with their giant and tiny counterparts. Excellent attention to detail.

Hawkeye I think I'd love if he were purple. Right now he's giving off a Red Arrow/Arsenal vibe.

Very clever use of the Ben 10 vehicle, too.

I'd add some sort of yellow highlight to sell the Goliath connection.

I think the Thunderhawk needs some black or silver trim to break up the red especially on the hood. Aside from that its a great use of that vehicle and I like it.

agreed. Hood needs something. I like the look, had thought of doing something like this myself, glad to see how it turned out
