In my "Joeverse", Sparks is Field Communications Officer ( FCO) whose job is to make sure every "JOE" in the field has access to the main line at HQ . Sparks travels the country to ensure all line stay open , even if this means going into terrorist controlled areas of the cities.
Since Colton knows that Sparks is a pacifist & normally won't take a life, he sends someone with him that doesn't mine taking a few people down. : Major Barrage . The Major has been personally assigned by Gen. Colton to protect & safeguard Sparks as he carry outs his duties. Believe me,the Major really loves his job!

Love the look of both of them and I like the 'green-shirt' look for Sparks makes him look like he threw on his uniform from what was at hand. the belt is cool too looks like the belt a tradesman/electrician would wear.

I was expecting to see Barrage and Sparks in NWO outfits from the now defunct World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Barrage already looks like Kevin Nash.

Those legs actually work great for Major Barrage. That's a very stealable idea.

Thanks guys for commenting. The torso I used is Copperhead's from the 2pk with Gung - Ho. It turned out better than I expected & the pictures doesn't do him justice.
