Cochese is from the music video "Sabotage" from the Beastie Boys. The song's music video directed by Spike Jonze and played extensively on MTV is an hommage and parody of 1970s crime drama television series. The video is presented as the opening credits of a fictional 1970s-style police show called Sabotage, with the band members appearing as the show characters. Each band member is introduced as a fictional actor and the names of the characters are also given. I like the song a lot, but I also enjoy watching that hilarious video clip. Cochese was the most cheesy guy in the video clip, so I decided to turn him onto a custom.

Dude! That looks SLICK. You're inspiring me to go back do some figures I'd given up on!

You know... Using that torso on this was hands down, flat out brilliant. Your genius just pushed me down and crapped in my shoes. I NEVER would have thought to use that torso as a shoulder holster, and it's only part of why this custom fires on all cylinders. Magnificent work man.

I agree that was a great use of parts and a cool and unexpected artist to do.

Didn't even register that until Lance pointed it out. Flawless execution. Dusty is one of my favorite figure, I stared at you WIP shots, and but all my mind saw was the final figure and I couldn't see that torso as anything OTHER than how you used it.

This is the cleanest, most fun ARAH custom I've seen in a long time.

EditMan, I need to slow down read people's initial posts better... that badge trick is AMAZING. Again so seamless I didn't even notice it as anything other than a natural part of the whole figure. :)

Amazing work man. I wasn't even sure I was reading your explanation for the inspirations correctly (I'm super tired right now) it took a few moments for "Sabotage" and Beastie Boys to click together in my head. Love that song and video. Again, great work.

Dusty was the only figure with straps like a shoulder holster on a blouse looking torso. The hardest part was sculping a tie from Greenstuff, that thing took a couple of tries.
I also added some Greenstuff on the head to enlarge the moustache and make the sideboards.
The badge, yeah, I think that's my personal favorite feature along with the shoulder holster. The Sabotage music video is pretty blurry and shakey on youtube. It seems like Cochese has his police badge on that right side. I knew I would make it from a small piece of blister, but the golden badge itself got involved in the last few days. I had my doubts wether to "sacrafice" a complete Buzzer torso for this small thing, but I'm glad I did it instead of painting such a star on the badge.
