I liked Neurotoxin ever since his introduction in Special Missions Manhattan. He was such a wannabe-leader, with an affinity for chemical warfare.
Wanted to make an ARAH version but never found the right parts.
ME parts did provide inspiration. Used a ROC Scrap-Iron head, cut off all the scarring and trimmed down his chin in an attempt to differentiate from Scrap-Iron. The body is obviously the hazardous materials Cobra from the desert pack, with added grey and red highlights to match Neurotoxin's toy colors better.

Thoughts?

still seems to much of a Scrap-Iron for me... maybe you can do one of your great re-modded heads for it? and a bigger cobra logo for the chest... Neurotoxin always has a big cobra logo on the chest in my mind, very much like ARAH Cesspool.

great paints!

Really cool original take on the character, the best part are the modifications you've done on the face, that would be hard to do.

It does look like a slightly better looking Scrap Iron. The head is pretty hard to reuse.

I would maybe look at adding some more scorpion motif to it, and maybe a masked head rather than a helmetted one. I could see a snake eyes head (painted brown) as working pretty good with this for the effect.

Still, put that head back on Scraps. It's much improved.

What about actually using the Neurotoxin head?

My thought exactly.

Few reasons. First of all, I really loathe the facial expression on that head, he looks like he's trying to hold in a burp or something. Second, a skintight cowl with big goggles wouldn't really fit the more utilitarian look I was going for with my take. And third, with my clumsiness I'd go through six of them before I get a proper hollowed-out neck ball.
