Thanks.

Since I'm here, Imma post this:

Made this for a thread on a forum where the gun fans were talking about using rocket propelled, explosive filled stuffed animals for skeet targets. (Yes, the line is stolen from Mythbusters.)

Love how much personality you created, and how likeable of a character you've made, using a simple 3-panel comic page. Fun and funny.

I'm struck by how photogenic your customs are too. Your photo set-up rocks, but sometimes too much light is a bad thing for customs. Not so for yours.

Thanks, Dennis. Honestly, I'm still not happy with my fill lighting. It softens the shadows, but it casts new ones, all its own. And, my camera settings may have things looking a bit overly bright.

I can see what you are saying, lighting-wise, as being a problem for some pics. But for me, in this warehouse setting, the lighting, including the subtle shadows, mimics the sometimes harshly bright interior lighting I might expect to see.

Sure, you can have your fair share of dimly lit warehouse settings, but something really works here for me. Reminds me of some garages I used to spend time in with my dad when I was little. Really gives that same type of light effect to me.

I really enjoy your customs, but how playable are they? I am working on a werewolf customa and am worried that if I "play" to much it will get destroyed. I also have to say, your warehouse scene looks like a warehouse that I used to work at.

I haven't had too much trouble with them. The only real issue I've had so far is some rub problem around Greyryder's shoulders, because of the way his armor is shaped. I seem to have finally gotten that fixed. Honestly, if I couldn't mess around with my customs, I don't think I'd still be making them. Just make sure your paint and sculpting compounds will hold up to being handled. The stuff I use is pretty robust. I do occasionally have to reinforce some of my more ambitious engineering projects, but I usually discover those problems, long before I'm finished.
