Looks awesome man. I like the head choice. The only thing I might have done differently might have been to sand it and take off those stark angles on the flat top. Merle's head is a little rounder. I think if you did that you'd like the head more since the rest has such a good likeness.

Aside from that, he's perfect.

I like the head, but the hair needs resculpted to be less of a flat top. Will you be making Merle show accurate in regards to a certain appendage?

Did you show the Daryl custom yet? And, yes that is a Blackout head.
As for the removable appendage, I didn't plan on it. I figure it pops off anyway.
