Codename: Mako File Name: Spencer, John Primary Military Specialty: Underwater Demolitions Birthplace: Invercargill, New Zealand Put simply - The Renegades don't officially exist. They are a toolshed and considered a necessary evil by the Jugglers. Their mission success can never be recognized nor can their failures ever be linked to any specific military division or unit. Mako is a former Cobra Eel who has seen the light. Over time, he grew disillusioned of Cobra and its allure. He finally left Cobra when his Eel squad turned on him during a mission and left him to die. That betrayal only helped to fuel his rage. Mako tracked down each one of his former Eel teammates to exact his revenge. Sgt. Slaughter - "I got to admit. I didn't think much of Mako when Mercer first recruited him. He's got one nasty attitude, some serious trust issues and a possible homicidal streak. But, he is dependable and always up to fighting Cobra. When I am through with him, he's gonna be perfect!" Background Concept: This is my custom entry from the NJ Joe Meet 2011 Grab Bag. I ended up attempting a former Eel and tried to capture a v1 eel look (kind of like how Mercer is similar to the V1 Viper). Parts List: POC Dusty Head Torso and arms: ROC Neo-Viper Legs: ROC Eel Armor: Viper Commando Modified the Neo-Viper backpack using Roc Torpedo's air tanks. Paints used: Custom paint mix (Games Workshop Chaos Black and Model Master Acryl Napoleonic Violet) for grey base. Completely accidental mix but that grey rocks. Chaos Black for the highlights and hair. Games Workshop Tin Bitz for the air tanks. |

Looks good Ronin. I still have not come up yet with an idea for mine. I have come up with other customs which I have been working on. The problem that I am having is that you put together some great parts that they look good as is. |

I like it. He has a hunt of EEL without directly using thise parts. Making him a Renegade works perfectly. |
