I did these for Asphalt's SG contest. I'm pretty proud of the MALP it came together quite well and please excuse the mini-gate.
The SG teams may get all the glory but behind them is a whole infrastructure of people. Also though there are other teams who never get mentioned.
One such team is the Ancient Research Team. Led by Col. Kurt Richards a decoreated soldier with a love of the adventures through the Gate and a desire to do whatever it takes to keep Earth safe.
Joining him is Dr Amanda O'Connell a world class scientist with a love of archeology a family "hobby". Dr O'Connell while not a Sam Carter or Rodney Mckay is a valuable and well respected member of the SGC.
Rounding out the team is James Davies. Davies is a former N.I.D. agent and is even rumoured to have worked with the clandestine G.I. Joe outfit. Having dropped out of the covert military scene he became a treasure hunter and adventurer. Upon stumbling on the SG project it was decided he would make an outstanding team member. He is proficient with most firearms but prefers using a Zat.
The Ancient Research Team operate off planet for months at a time and are issued with top class equipment including fast recharge plasma rifles and the first Colony Class - M.A.L.P.
