Well this is a complete redo of my Rick Grimes. Looking back at my previous Rick I really wanted to change the head, I was never truly happy with the head I used. I started out with the intent on just replacing the head, but in the end I overhauled the whole figure. I went with a more grisled look this time around. Im really happy with the beard sculpt. I plan on pumping out some new zombies, and revamping my other walking dead characters as well. Let me know how it looks guys.     Old version:

yup really digging the new version. I love the cut on that new torso, looks a lot better then the old 25th stuff. great detail over all and excellent blood splatter. |

Looking good. Much better overall proportions and realism than v.1 - I'd also point out how you discovered another interesting way to make a Rock N Roll or Aquaman head... |

Looks great and vast improvements between the two.You could always use your previous version for the deputy that he killed when he returned to the station for supplies. |
