Hello all,

Been a while since I've posted anything and this one has got to be the largest custom I've ever done! It's about the size of the True Heroes AB 115 plane, not including the wings. I used a cheap aircraft carrier as a base and scratch built the 'cabin'. Some of the parts I used are easy to recognize such as the Star Trek and G-force Consoles.

I had to cut a hole in order to fit in the gun turret and I repainted the whole thing grey to look more like a battleship.

Let me know what you think

Here's the crew led by Captain Iron-side. All are customs except for the Cobra diver

I love it !!!
Put a couple Firebats or Troublebubbles on it, awesome!!!
Or put a (custom)HAL on the rear or a Whilrwind on the front and you have a perfect island/coastal patrol barge.

Oddly enough, I am using the same aircraft carrier for my first vehicle custom. I am making a garbage barge for Zanzibar. I do not think mine will come out looking so awesome. Great job on this!

Really nice work here, and an inventive use for those Bazooka Troopers.

I think I have a couple of Troublebubbles somewhere, I may add them and take a couple of pics. Thanks for the ideas.

I'm sure it'll llook just as good if not better. I look forward to seeing the finished product. It may convince me to go and buy another one!

Thanks man, I always appreciate your comments. I wanted to make some basic Cobra Sailors and the bazooka troopers never really fit in wih the rest of the Cobra troops the light blue really sets them apart.

I love it! It does look a little too clean and could use a little mucking up.

Thanks man, I don't know about weathering I used to do that with my miniatures. I may do it to my customs some day.

I was inspired by Blackwulf and decided to take a couple of pictures with the Sea-snake ferrying cargo including some troublebubbles.

I also stopped by K-mart and picked up another ship. A lot of the new aircraft carriers have a light up landing platform, I managed to find one of the older versions in a mangled box (without the light up feature), all the planes had been stolen. I got it for half prize. I think I'll make a Joe battleship next. I'll try to make it look different to this one.

outstanding. this guy came out killer. the cabin looks cleanly made and looks to have come out of a mold. you did a really nice job on this and anyone would be proud to have this in their collection. i'm digging capt Ironside too. great job all around bro.

It looks awesome with the T'bubbles on deck.
Troopers jokingly call her "The Bubble Battle Barge".
But also they know, (just like her skipper) she has quite the punch!!!
Her assingment? ? ?
On patrol making rounds to search for intruders on Cobra Island's coastline.

Wow. That's a lot of imagination and even more sweat put into making it happen. Very cool.

That's a really nice "little" battleship you made there!
I like the cannon on the front and the TB's make it look even cooler.
