Greeting to all!

New here, so I thought I'd post up various works for your perusal. Some of you may know me from 'tank, and some may be asking "who?".

On to the pix! (in no particular order, and many more in my gallery)

I can only see three of the figures/pictures... Could be because I'm at work, and sometimes the filters cause images to no show up... However, the three I see are excellent (the red ninja, the black ninja with the helmet and the desert fatigues soldier with the M16A2 w/sling; by the way, did you do the sling yourself? how?). Great work, and I will have to look at this post when I get home to see if the other images show up.

8-O This stuff is fantastic. I love your use of "soft-goods". Some of the best I've seen.

Todd,

Yes, I do all of my own weapon sling/strap work - for some time now. Here's some other examples -

My customizing originally stemmed from SW years ago, and inevitably moved to Joe style figs/characters. Here's some of my earlier SW stuff -

Thanks! Clothing in this scale is really an art form by itself. 99% of what people do tends to be unfinished, and looks out of scale because of the material choices - imo. You really need to look at real clothes, and how they truly work on a body.

Anyone can cut out a pattern, put it together, and apply it to the fig. Making it look more like the real article is the trick. The overall fit, laying more properly, and I can't stress enough - a finished look, are very crucial if you want it to look more believable or "real".

Yeah... I just had to do Sho Kosugi. Being a lover of all things Ninja, how could I not? Thanks!

Obi! Great to see your work here! As always your work looks great. Not sure if I loke the clothing better or your weapons... But I do know your work on articulating wrists if by & far my favorite trick you use(d).

The Samurai if one of my favorite (after the Ninjas - all of them).

thanks, great figures. I like your work. I am not a fan of soft goods but you did them well, but I do like slinged weapons. Excellent paint apps on all of them. Do you have any female figures to show and do you sculpt as well?

Thanks. I haven't ventured into female characters yet. I've thought about it several times, but have never found anything I really want to make.

Sculpt? Not really. I have sculpted a little bit here and there, but nothing seriously. Here's something I made, sculpting the helmet, armor and leg pouches. Nothing too fancy -
