Dark Knight Returns and Robin - Completed

This should be my final Batman custom and one I have been wanting to try for a while. May still do some minor paint touch-ups.

Head - MU Sinister
Torso - Venom
Legs - MU Sinister

Robin down the line I will swap out the bare arms with some female MU arms and sculpt a little poof on the front of the hair.

I really like where this is going!! The Dark Knight Returns is still a top 2 story for me(along with Kingdom Come Funny enough). And this is hands down my favorite comic version of Batman...period. I will be interested to see what direction you go with the head and cape. I always thought Constrictor would be a great DKR head, but it will probably be too small here hey? I love the parts choices you've selected so far, great use of the really bulky Venom to capture Frank Miller's art style. I love that your doing this. Once I get my Kingdome Come customs done I had planned on doing Superman from this story. Although to be honest since I'm busy with my Kingdom Come run I wouldn't mind seeing you tackle the DKR Superman to go with this Bats. Any plans for the tank-like Batmobile? You've been rockin the vehicles lately. Can't wait to see this Wip progress, very very nice start.

You have the make the petite girl Robin to go with him. Maybe the second more articulated Ashoka from the Clone Wars would be a good base body.

Lookin' good. I like the head choice for Robin alot. Also the body is now perfect for Bats. Great job on the emblem. Sinister head turned out excellent! It has a real grisled older look to it, and the scale is dead on with the body. Nice work with the mods. This is shaping up awesome. Now on to the cape. Should be a challenge, but I can't wait to see the finished piece.

You used your old Robin custom for this didn't you? Also really love the Sinister head on this and yes I will be stealing from this in the future.Also,where did the cape come from?

Lol yes I was wondering if anyone would catch that. I am actually more happy with it as Carrie Kelly than I was Jason. Also added new belt bib.

The cape is from the Batman 6 or 7 inch Legacy line Catman figure cut down to size (TRU).

I'm really surprised at how well Scarlett's head works here. It isn't 100% accurate but it is close enough and way more realistic.
