David Dunn is awesome. Perfect execution.
Darklon is tough becuase I love that body but I'm not sold that it fits that character. That is probably a personal nitpick more than anything about your work.
As a big Powers fan I like seeing Deena. The problem here is that if you didn't tell me who she was I wouldn't know. The hair doesn't have that spikey look to it.
Valid points for sure. I think Deena's recognizable can really only be helped if I tackle a Christian Walker figure. They're both pretty plain designs if they're not done in the illustrated style, but as a pair I think they'd be more identifiable.
As for Darklon, yeah, this is heavily tweaked to my tastes. I was re-reading the file card, and the "distant cousin" line and the mention of his castle in the alps got me thinking. The Alps go through a lot of countries, and Scotland isn't one of 'em... so I was thinking perhaps there's a Germanic counterpart or offshoot to the McCullen clan. Maybe there was a conflict of interests in WW2, with MARS/McCullen in the UK and Darklon's branch connected to Germany. And maybe Darklon's ancestor saw the war as a chance to make a grab for MARS and its power. Defeated though, MARS reincorporates the German family/branch, but not without a lot of bad blood and dishonor. In a "keep your friends close and enemies closer move," the head of the Darklon family is pledged to the head of MARS as a bodyguard, a relationship the current Destro and Darklon have inherited. So my Darklon has that heavy fascist influence, even more so than the usual Iron Grenadier look, where as my Destro is better depicted with suits or his IG uniform for any military look.
