A custom of Spartan was posted recently on another site and reminded me how cool I thought he was and I needed one to go with my Grifter from awhile back. So using a completely different formula (other than the legs) I started working on one today (6/10). I am going for the Travis Charest look on mine.

I also started gathering parts for Maul and may also attempt Supreme.

Head - MU Steve Rogers
Torso - MU Doc Strange
Arms - MU Namor
Lower - MU Starlord

The sculpting on the hair is probably some of your best yet.

Very nice! Always liked Spartan. I agree really nice sculpt on the hair. Can't wait to see Maul too.

P.S. Where the hell do you keep coming up with those Doctor Stange bodies.

I'd like to see the blue a little darker, but you are nailing the source material.

did you paint that red strip at the top of his boots or did a divine being do it? because that's inhumanly talented.

the blue is too light IMO but that's just nitpicking, he's fantastic

awesome. if you darken the blue, I'd do it with a darker blue wash first, to see how it looks. In the source pic though, it looks like a shinier material for the suit, so maybe that's not the way to do it after all.

Thanks guys!! I promise the blue is darker in person, for whatever reason every time I use True Blue it shows up like Powdered Blue in the pics. The boot stripe is actually decal tape.

This looks great but I would go with a darker blue metallic. Also if you want to round out your Charest style C.A.T.S, DC Direct put out a PVC set years back that are done in his style and are great for parts.

Are you planning any battle damaged parts? I remember Spartan always got all shot up and leaking like Bishop in Aliens.
