  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

Just a little teaser.........The body work is still in progress.

Here's an example of the (somewhat)desired look I'm going for on this figure. This example is a little 'far-fetched', but it represents the same theme in appearance that I want this new Cobra Commander to carry..........

I love the helmet mods. The figure has kind of an S&M feel to it, though.

Aside from being alitle too heavy on the number of Cobra sigils on the costume (10 counting the split one on the thighs, 11 if you count the overall shape of the faceplate border), I think this looks pretty damn cool. You just cannot go wrong with basic black and silver. Can't wait to see it finished.

Thanks for all the comments :) Glad ya'll like the design and idea for the helmet............But I gotta be honest........I can't take full credit. My source will be revealed upon completion of the figure. For the body, I plan on doing a full body sculpt.

WOW!!! You have done a great job so far. I really dig the head on your overlord body. It really screams "battle armor" to me. I imagine if CC had been this bada$$, you would not have seen him retreat so often.

Ya know, it's a shame that so many Joe fans are stuck in the cowardly portrayal of this character.....To me, Cobra Commander is far from a punk! He's the type of character that even Storm Shadow would question challenging!
