I wasn't sure about Rick with the hat on, but with it off, the likeness is dead on (pun not intended, but not averted either). Bill stepped right out of the game.

Yeah, the hat looked great prepainted, but now it seems off. Going to try to hollow it out a bit to get a lower fit on the head. I have to drybrush Rick's scruff and eyebrows a few times to get it to match Andrew Lincoln on the show.
